Challenge: In our constant research of the garment industry, amidst all the facts we were struggling to find if and how consumers really think about where their clothes are made. How do you speak to an entire generation of consumers when you don’t know what they are thinking?
Process: We decided to reach out and ask them. Through a series of interviews and conversations with real life millennials , we were able to get a better visual picture of how these consumers make their buying decisions. In this short and sassy piece, we showcase what we found to be the majority of their responses. And this made it possible for us to better understand how to reach them for our clients.
